transportation service connecting lake county residents with medical providers outside lake county

Bus service is available to our lunches and local errands from any part of our service area on Monday through Wednesday

Each Thursday and Fri day our bus takes seniors t o Santa Rosa for errands and/or medical appointments .

Door to door and back again for all Seniors and Disabled .

Each Friday our bu s takes seniors either to Fort B ragg or Ukiah for errands and/or medical appointments.

We provide low - cost, door - through - door transportation to seniors 55 and over and those with disabilities .

We take our clients to various appointments: the hospital, shopping, banking and to the Center for bingo, paint class, bridge and to fellowship an d socialize together over lunch.

Transport to medical or dental appointments, local community events, or to meet other essential needs .

Paid for by Partnership HealthPlan of California. For PHC members who need assistance getting to medical appointments by wheelchair van, gurney, airway management, and/or medical observation during tr ansport.
