Walk in and scheduled counseling is available in Ukiah and Fort Bragg, with scheduled counseling in Willits, Booneville, and Point Arena. Other services include legal advocacy for survivors seeking restraining orders, acco mpaniment and advocacy for sexual assault victims experiencing an evidence collection exam at the ER, transitional housing, 24/7 crisis line, support groups, prevention education, and safe and confidential emergency shelter.

The Owner - Occupied Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Program (OOR) is designed to address homeowners’ unmet rehabilitation and reconstruction needs within federally declared disaster areas. Grants are available for eligible disasters to cover unmet needs remaining if insurance, SBA loans, FEMA, legal settlement, and other resources do not fully cover the cost of rebuilding a home. K ’ s Place - Eligibility - 18 - 24 year old individuals experiencing homelessness (including parenting youth) . The Program - 45 day short term housing in a residential setting (not Shelter in the sense that many think of it) .

Coronavirus COVID - 19

Miracle Messages provides reunion services for individuals experiencing homelessness . A person experiencing homelessness records a message to a loved one (or vice versa). Then, our network of volunteer "digital detectives" attempt to locate the loved one and deli ver the message. To date, we've reunited 400+ families (average time separated: 15 years), with 15% of reunions resulting in stable housing and 80% in a positive outcome.
